Helping Families Heal: Our Commitment

Since beginning our fundraising efforts in 2015, we have provided a range of items, including Cold Cots, Cuddle Blankets, Angel Gowns, and Memory Boxes. These essential items support families dealing with the immediate aftermath of child loss, whether it occurs during early pregnancy, stillbirth, or later in childhood.

With the money raised we

  • Supply cold cots to Hospitals and Funeral homes,
  • Refurbish Family quiet rooms at Hospitals, Hospices and Care homes
  • Buy and Make Memory Boxes for families suffering loss.
  • Donate to local causes.

Memory Boxes

The memory boxes we donate are made up of various items to assist families to make memories they will later hold precious from the moments following their child's death. These are supplied both locally and worldwide from Maggie's Stillbirth Legacy. They contain:

We have also donated to several charities, including

  • Donated £200 to Poppy Mai charity
  • Donated £200 to Poppy Mai charity
  • Donated £2000 towards a Medapor Scanner that can detect things a basic ultrasound cannot
  • Donated £200 to Preston NICU
  • Donated £200 to Theo the Warrior charity
  • Donated £600 to East Lancs Hospice
  • Donated £200 towards a defibrillator for Beyond the Walls Outdoor Nursery
  • Donated computers to Cherry Tree Pre School
  • Donated £200 to Community Helping Hands Bwd CIC
  • Donated £300 to Little Tinkers Cat Rescue
  • Donated £200 to Sam’s at Highercroft
Maggies Stillbirth Legacy is nonprofit organization, working from 2015 for supporting bereaved families. We work for global awareness & support for Stillbirth & Infant Loss.
