Today I received my
BRITISH CITIZEN AWARD, the peoples honour,
in memory of our beautiful girl, Maggie 💜
I can’t tell you how absolutely awesome today was!
My mummy, Oliver & I were surrounded by the most wonderful people from all over the uk!
We don’t do what we do for recognition & I can’t tell you how much we honestly wish Maggie was here instead of us fundraising, supporting families etc …. BUT … taking my pure heart break & making a positive impact in Maggie’s name is so important to me & all I have now 🥺
So many people today heard Maggie’s story.
Heard how all the love I have for her is helping others.
That to me, means the world!
There was tears today (mainly mine, but I did make most of the room cry 🙈).
There was laughter.
And most of all there was love.
